Brian began his legal career working for the Honorable Patrick J. Walsh in federal court at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and at American Funds – the world’s most powerful controlling shareholder at that time. Brian went on to work for Beach Point Capital Management, a multi-billion-dollar fund manager where he focused on Dodd-Frank compliance, with a special emphasis on complex derivatives. He then worked at Glancy Prongay & Murray, one of the country’s top securities fraud class action firms, and subsequently co-founded Goldberg Law PC where he vigorously fought for shareholder rights in some of the largest class action cases in recent years.
